1. General Information
Aana Pictures provides photography and videography services. By accessing or using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit/payment. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be made before or on the day of the shoot. Late payments may delay delivery of final photos/videos.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days before the session and depends on availability. Cancellations less than 7 days from the session may result in full charge or loss of deposit. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to bad weather.

4. Photo & Video Delivery
Standard delivery time: [X weeks], depending on project type. Raw/unedited files are not provided unless agreed in writing and may have extra costs. Final edits will be delivered digitally unless otherwise mentioned.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights
Aana Pictures retains full copyright to all photos and videos. Clients receive a personal-use license (printing, sharing on social media, etc.). Photos/videos may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Consent to Use Photos (Portfolio Use)
Aana Pictures may use photos/videos for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not want your photos used publicly, notify us in writing before the shoot.

7. Client Cooperation
Clients must arrive on time. Session duration will not be extended due to lateness. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by lack of cooperation or restrictions at the venue.

8. Safety & Liability
Aana Pictures is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during the shoot. For outdoor/adventure sessions, clients are responsible for their safety and belongings.

9. Website Content
All images, videos, logos, and text on this website are the property of Aana Pictures. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
Aana Pictures may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
